About the event

As our collection is now over 1400 board games we felt the need to create another day during the week that we are able to teach games from our collection.

This allows us to learn more about what we have on our shelf as well as add another day for teaching.

Cartoon Network Crossover Crisis Deck-Building Game: 6.7

What kind of craziness ensues when cartoon worlds collide? Cartoon Network's baddest adversaries are loose and it's up to you to stop them. Play as your favorite heroes from Cartoon Network's past and present hit shows: Adventure Time, The Amazing World of Gumball, Clarence, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Regular Show, Samurai Jack, and Steven Universe to take them down! Every main deck card is unique and brimming with Cartoon Network fan service!

In Cartoon Network Crossover Crisis Deck-Building Game, a wacky take on the Cerberus Engine, you'll find everything you've come to expect in a Cryptozoic game: high drama and hijinks! WEAKNESS cards are all unique, and dangerous, and may cause a wringing of hands and stomping of feet. Fortunately, PRATFALL cards (which replace Vulnerabilities) are a great way to exit any scene (and get rid of Weaknesses).

Never before seen EVENT cards change things up in crazy ways when they appear out of the main deck. They may literally cause a stomping of feet. Or outlandish zoo animal noises, and more! You never know who will be the next victim, but everyone is in on the hilarity! In the end, only one player will be left laughing as this is a competitive game. You didn't really think all these characters would work together in peace and harmony, did you?

Klondike 1896: 5.4

Welcome to Klondike in 1896! The discovery of gold, in one valley by the river in today’s Yukon in Canada, had started the greatest gold rush ever related to Alaska's wild-west. Get there as one of two to four gold miners and experience one of two possible game variants this title offers. Each variant, based on different principles, stands as a complete game and offers a different gaming encounter…

In the first game variant, each gold-digger is in search of the best parcels in his landscape to claim them for treasures to be gained. Golden nuggets bring victory points and rubies are to be possibly spent as resources for claim tokens in random and limited offers. In an auction player can smart out the others for strategic claim tokens or bluff them out of rubies as well. .. in other words checking on others might work a bit too!

The first player, in a round-based flow, who manages to dig through to the other end of his landscape, presented by four boards in a row, closes the game. However, the winner is the richest gold-digger, a player with the most collected golden nuggets after the final VP count with possible penalties.

Join us as we dive into the deep end of our Board Game Collection on Table Top Tuesdays this Tuesday at 6 p.m.

See you soon!
